A Variety of Programs
NTS’ acting program includes many types of theatre training and, according to the NTS website, utilizes “voice, movement, text, and music” to help students “[build] a personalized process to support the development of resilient and sustaining artistic expression”. Because of the small class sizes, there is an incredible opportunity for students to grow personally and professionally.
Rather than providing a grading system, NTS utilizes ongoing assessment between directors and instructors. Students will receive constructive critiques every so often to encourage their strengths and provide insight as to how they can continue to grow. To keep up with technological and creative changes, NTS’ curriculum also provides a flexibility that will meet shifts within the industry, as well as within the specific cohort.
